1. Payment

I accept payments through the following methods:

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Sales tax is applied based on your location, and the applicable rates will be calculated. 

2. Shipping & Processing

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We take great care to handcraft each watercolor and calligraphy item with attention to detail, so please allow time for us to create your order.

Shipping Rates & Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options via Canada Post for Canadian orders. International orders are shipped via Canada Post International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.

Delivery Time Estimates:

Please note that shipping times may be longer during busy holiday seasons. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding additional fees.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade items, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Please contact us via email or through the contact form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return  and replace your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

We are happy to work with you on custom or personalized watercolor and calligraphy projects! If you have a specific design in mind, please send us a message with your request, and we will work with you to bring your vision to life.

Please note that custom orders may take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the design. Once a custom order is placed, it is non-refundable unless there is an issue with the item upon delivery.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information provided during the ordering process will only be used to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
